Interior painting

  • Walls, ceilings, trim, doors

  • Cabinet repaints (kitchen and bath)
  • Drywall patch and sand before primer
  • Furniture moved out and back; floors and remaining items masked

  • Doors, porches, and railings
  • Pressure-wash prep included

Our process

  1. Walk the project with you, pick colors, pick paint and finish.
  2. Mask, tarp, sand, patch, and prime where the surface needs it.
  3. Cut lines clean by hand on trim, corners, and ceilings — we don't tape-and-spray.
  4. Two coats minimum when changing colors.
  5. Walk back through with you before we leave. Touch-ups before we pack up.

Materials

We typically use Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore, but we're happy to use the brand and finish you prefer. We bring our own brushes, rollers, sprayers, lifts, tarps, and masking. You pick the finish: matte, eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss.

Most single-story homes are 3 to 5 days. Two-story homes are typically 5 to 10 days. Heavily prepped surfaces, peeling paint, or weather delays can push that out.
Yes. We move furniture out of the way and back when we're done. We mask floors and any items that stay in the room.
For homes built before 1978 we follow EPA RRP rules: contained work area, HEPA cleanup, and proper disposal. We disclose lead testing protocols up front.

Both, depending on the surface. We hand-cut clean lines on trim, ceilings, and inside corners rather than tape-and-spray. For large flat surfaces we'll spray and back-roll to get even coverage.
Yes — stain or paint, your choice. Pressure-washing the surface first is typically included.
